Preparation before installation
　　 1. Check if the motor label matches the requirements.
　　 2. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500 volt megger. The value should be dried for the stator winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120 °C .
　　 3 , check the motor fasteners, beware of loose.
　　 4. Check the motor surface for damage and deformation.
　　 5. Check if the rotation is flexible. If there is any abnormality, it should be excluded.
　　 6. Check the power supply, whether there is a phase loss, and run for 5 minutes at no load .
Installation and adjustment
　　 1. The motor should be fastened to the mounting surface and the mounting surface must be smooth and flat.
　　 2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
　　 3. The motor lead wire adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V . When the power is connected, the lead wire cable is not allowed to be sharply folded and reliably fixed with the vibrating body.
　　 4 , the motor should have a reliable grounding, the motor has a grounding device, the lead end has a mark, can also be grounded with a solid anchor of the foot.
　　 5 , the adjustment of the exciting force.
Use and repair
　　 1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
　　 2. At the beginning of the machine operation, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
　　 3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
　　 4. The motor should be well lubricated. Lithium-based grease ( ZL-3 ) should be replenished once every two weeks or so . When refueling, add appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When a sealed bearing is used, the motor is not equipped with a oil cup.
　　 5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be inspected and replaced if there is serious damage.
　　 6. When the machine is parked for a long time and then used again, the insulation resistance should be measured for 500 volt megohmmeter measurement, which should be greater than 0.5 megohm.
