Unreasonable fertilization is usually caused by unreasonable amount of fertilization, fertilization period, and fertilization methods. Common phenomena include:
Double chlorine fertilizer. The compound fertilizer produced by using potassium chloride and ammonium chloride is called double-chlorine fertilizer, containing about 30% chlorine, easy to burn seedlings, and timely watering. Chlorine-sensitive crops cannot use chlorine-containing fertilizers. Excessive application of potassium chloride to the leaves and stem vegetables not only causes the vegetables to be fresh, but also has many fibers, and makes the vegetables taste bitter, poor in taste and low in efficiency.
Fertilizer shallow or table application. Fertilizers are volatile, loss or difficult to reach the roots of crops, which is not conducive to the absorption of crops, resulting in low fertilizer utilization. Fertilizers should be applied 16 to 26 cm below the seed or plant side.
Improper application of chemical fertilizers to crops may result in fertilizer damage, burning of seedlings and wilting of plants. If one application of excessive fertilizer or soil moisture after fertilization is insufficient, soil solution concentration will be too high, crop root water absorption difficulties, leading to wilting plants, and even dead. In addition, when there is too much ammonium in the soil, the plants will absorb too much ammonia and cause ammonia poisoning.
Excessive use of certain nutrients not only poisons crops, but also impedes the absorption of other nutrients by crops, resulting in deficiency of the disease.
Fresh human urine without contaminated and directly applied will contaminate vegetables and must be fermented by high temperature or detoxified before application.
