How to eliminate cultivator machine failure

The excessive load on the cultivator is mainly due to the excessive plough depth and the heavy soil and hardness of the soil. The depth of cultivation should be reduced, and the forward speed of the unit and the speed of the coulter should be reduced.

The beating of the cultivator is mainly due to the soil being hard or the blade being incorrectly installed. The unit forward speed and coulter speed should be reduced and the blades should be properly installed.

Cultivators intermittently throw large pieces of soil mainly due to blade bending deformation, blade broken, lost or caused by severe wear. Should correct or replace the blade.

Rotation of the ground after the ploughing is mainly due to the combination of the forward speed of the unit and the rotation speed of the cutter shaft. The speed between the two should be properly adjusted.

Coulter gearbox noise is mainly due to foreign matter falling into the installation, or due to bearing and gear teeth damage. Try to remove foreign objects or replace bearings or gears.
