Production Process:

Millet and other raw materials → selection → crushing → mixing → water conditioning → extrusion → coarse crushing → fine crushing → packaging

Raw materials: According to the ratio of 60 to 70% of millet, 10 to 20% of corn, and 15% of rice, the raw materials can ensure that the product has a good millet aroma, and has good brewing ability. The sieve is washed and dried after use.

Crushing: The main raw materials were crushed to about 30 mesh, and the corn was peeled and then crushed.

Mixing: Mix the crushed raw materials and add 0.5% to 0.7% distilled monoglyceride to improve the product's reconstitution.

Water conditioning: Mix the powder into the powder mixer, add the appropriate amount of water, and make the moisture content in the mixture reach about 16%, and stir for 10 minutes to become a pre-expansion material.

Extrusion: After preheating for 30 minutes, the pre-expanding material is added to the extruder and the extruder is started to expand. The extruded material enters the next process after being air-cooled.

Coarse crushing: The air-cooled material is coarsely crushed as soon as possible, and the fineness is about 40 mesh. The water should be controlled to prevent the water from rising.

Fine crushing: The coarsely pulverized material directly enters the micropowder, crushed to about 100 meshes, and its moisture content should be below 6%, and then can be packaged directly.

When eating, pour boiling water directly into the container of sweet flour, and stir well. Then put the cabbage leaves, peanuts, fried tofu cut filaments, vermicelli, etc., together with pepper powder, pepper, boiled for 5 minutes, a bowl of authentic sweet foam on the successful production.
