3), using the freezing method to identify: the sesame oil in the refrigerator, remove and put at room temperature, pure sesame oil will quickly dissolve the whole. Poor sesame oil dissolves slowly, and a clear hard heart appears at the first stage of melting. ;

4) Heating identification: Put the sesame oil into the pot for heating. If it is heated, it turns white, indicating that it is adulterated with lard; if it becomes very clear after heating, it means that it is blended with rapeseed oil; Into rice soup, soon there will be a precipitate;

5) Odor recognition: Take a little oil and rub it in your hands. The pure fragrance is sesame oil. If you have glutinous rice beans, it may be mixed with soybean oil. If you have spicy flavor, it is mixed with rapeseed oil.

6) Concussive method: Take a bottle of sesame oil and gently oscillate. If the bubbles are transparent and quickly disappear, it is generally pure sesame oil. If the bubbles are opaque, yellow, and disappear slowly, it is a poor sesame oil.

7), taste method: Pure sesame oil to drink in the mouth, there is a sense of thick sticky, taste a bit of a bitter, fake sesame oil to drink no scent in the mouth and feel astringent, taste is light.
