Jiande Tea Tea Garden
The Jiande tea production area is located between latitude 29°13'~29°46'N and longitude 118°54'~119°45'E. The geological structure belongs to the Qiantang River valley, which belongs to the Tianmu Mountain, Qianligang and Longmenshan Mountains. The terrain extends from northeast to southwest. The mountains in the north and west are steep, with a relative elevation of 400 to 600 meters. Tea gardens are mainly distributed in mountainous areas and semi-mountainous areas with an altitude of 30 to 500 meters.
It is a monsoon climate in the northern subtropical zone with relatively uniform temperatures, cool winters and cool summers. The rainfall is abundant. The average annual precipitation is 1,700 mm. The rainfall is 160 days, and is evenly distributed during the year. In the period from March to July when the tea tree grows, there is more rain, and there is a large temperature difference between day and night. The annual average relative humidity is 78%, and the tea gardens are humid all around the year. The average annual temperature is 17°C, the average total accumulated temperature is about 6180°C, the frost-free period is 260 days, the average annual sunshine hours is 1940 hours, and the sunshine percentage is 44%.
Jiande Tea Tea Garden
The tea garden soil is mostly red and yellow soil and its variants, mainly in sand, red soil, red and yellow loam, yellow soil, yellow silt soil. The soil is acidic or slightly acidic with a pH of 4.5 to 6.5.
