Article 1.0.1 Cold storage design should meet the technical requirements and sanitary requirements of food refrigeration, and be advanced, economically reasonable, safe and applicable, and ensure quality.
Article 1.0.2 This specification applies to newly built and expanded food cold storage with a nominal volume of 500 cubic meters or more. It is not applicable to cold storage of caves and cold storage of stone arches.
The refrigeration part of this specification is applicable to refrigeration equipment that uses ammonia as a working medium.
Article 1.0.3 The cold storage design should actively and cautiously adopt new technologies, new equipment, new processes and new materials on the basis of summarizing practical experience and scientific experiments, so that the production process is reasonable, energy saving, operation and maintenance are convenient.
Article 1.0.7 In addition to complying with the provisions of this code, the cold storage design shall comply with the relevant national standards and specifications.

Chapter two   General rules of calculation

The scale of the 2.0.1 cold storage should be based on the nominal volume of the cold storage room or ice storage room.
The nominal volume is the net area of ​​the refrigerated or ice storage room (without deducting the area occupied by the column, door bucket and refrigeration equipment) multiplied by the room height.
Article 2.0.2 The cold storage nominal tonnage can be calculated as follows:

Article 2.0.3 The volume utilization factor of the cold storage room shall not be less than the value specified in Table 2.0.3.

2. The volume utilization factor of the vegetable cold storage should be multiplied by the correction factor of 0.8 according to the value in Table 2.0.3.

Article 2.0.6 The outdoor meteorological parameters of the cold storage design shall comply with the following provisions in addition to the current "Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning":
1. The outdoor calculated temperature for the calculation of the incoming heat of the warehouse enclosure structure shall be calculated by using the summer air conditioning outdoor to calculate the daily average temperature;
Calculate the relative humidity of the outdoor air when the warehouse enclosure structure is small total heat transfer resistance, and the average temperature of the hot month should be used;
Second, the outdoor temperature calculated by the door opening heat and the cold room heat exchange should be the summer ventilation temperature, and the outdoor relative humidity should be calculated by the summer ventilation outdoor;
Article 2.0.7 The design temperature and relative humidity of the cold room shall be determined according to the requirements of various food refrigeration processes. Generally, it can be selected according to the provisions of Appendix 1.


Cold storage maintenance

1. After the cold storage is installed or used again after long-term deactivation, the speed of cooling should be reasonable: it should be controlled at 8-10 °C every day, and should be kept at 0 °C for a while.


Second, cold storage library board maintenance, pay attention to the use of hard objects on the collision and scratching of the library. Because it can cause the depression and rust of the library board, it will seriously reduce the local insulation performance of the library.


Third, cold storage seal parts maintenance, because the assembly type cold storage is made up of several pieces of insulation board, there is a certain gap between the boards, these gaps will be sealed with sealant during construction to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, some parts of the seal failure are repaired in time.


Cold storage unit installation points

Reasonable connection and installation of cold storage evaporator, radiator, copper pipe, temperature controller, electric wire, cold storage main engine, etc., can make the cold storage unit and refrigeration system work safely and stably. The installation points are as follows:


1 cold storage unit installation

The location of the cold storage unit is as close as possible to the evaporator, and it is easy to maintain and the heat dissipation is good. If the external movement is to be installed, the shelter can be installed. The cold storage unit needs to be equipped with anti-vibration pads at the four corners. The installation level is firm and not easy to be touched.


2 cold storage unit radiator installation

The closer the radiator is placed to the cold storage unit, the better. The Zui is in the upper position of the cold storage unit. The radiator installation position has a good heat dissipation environment. The suction port cannot be facing the air outlet of other equipment, especially the oily gas. The air outlet cannot be short-circuited. For other windows (especially residential windows) and equipment, the ground should be 2M high, and the installation level is firm.


3 cold storage unit copper pipe discharge

All copper pipes need to be wrapped with air-conditioning ties together with the same-direction wires, and the straight pipes should be straightened and fixed in sections.


4 wire discharge

All wires should be protected by corrugated hoses or wire troughs, and the temperature display wires should not be lined up with the wires as much as possible.


5 cold storage refrigeration system connection

Because the condenser and evaporator of the cold storage unit are sealed and sealed in the factory, there should be pressure when opening the seal. It can be checked whether there is any leakage. The factory copper pipe should have dust sealing measures at both ends. Waterproof dust enters the pipe, condenser → cold storage main machine → evaporator, copper pipe connection by welding method, the interface is firm and beautiful.


According to the performance of each electrical and electrical appliance configuration wire, the wire diameter meets the requirements, the joint is firm, the protection of the pipe can not be saved, the power is correct. The wire enters the hole of the evaporator junction box and needs to be sealed by silica gel. If the lamp is 36V or more, the grounding wire is required. The electric power in the electric cabinet of the cold storage unit needs three-phase five-wire system, and it must be reliably grounded.


The temperature controller of the cold storage unit is fixed on the cold storage sky plate. The probe and the temperature display probe are inserted into the evaporator air return port of the cold storage, and are suspended. The cold storage unit frosting temperature controller is also fixed on the sky plate, and the probe is further pierced into the cold storage. The evaporator is returned to the air inlet and the probe is inserted into the fin (not close to the electric heating tube).


If the cold storage sky plate can not be used, the temperature control and defrosting temperature control are fixed in the corner of the evaporator in the cold storage, all the wiring is sealed, the other is the same as above.


Balance hole (pressure equalization valve), do not install in the conspicuous place and the air outlet vertical plate, the height is 200MM opening on the cold storage vertical plate.

All the components that run through the cold storage library plate, the cold storage library plate and the component gap need to be sealed with a sealant.


Installation specification for evaporator of cold storage unit
1 Installation content

First open the lifting screw hole, and open the copper tube and wire hole, the rear two holes should be trimmed to prevent hidden dangers. The back of the evaporator and the vertical plate of the self-contained drain pipe are positioned 300MM, the evaporator drain hole and The vertical hole of the vertical plate is vertical, and the height difference between the two is 250MM. If it is a cold storage, the drainage pipe wears the drainage electric wire, and the heating part of the drainage electric wire can only reach 50MM inside the storage plate, and the external insulation of the drainage pipe , refrigeration does not require heating wire, the other is the same.

2 hoisting attention

The evaporator inlet can not be facing the cold storage door, the evaporator Zui is placed in the cold end of the cold storage, the evaporator outlet is not facing the door, (the evaporator is centered for maintenance)
