Data: In November China's pharmaceutical industry increased 13.9% year-on-year

Business Club December 28 News Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website December 24 news, the Ministry of Industry and Information show that in November the pharmaceutical industry increased by 13.9% year-on-year, down 1.4 percentage points from the previous month. From January to November, the added value of the pharmaceutical industry increased by 15% year-on-year; among the main products, the original drug production of chemical drugs was 2.04 million tons, an increase of 20.1%; and the Chinese patent medicine was 1.79 million tons, an increase of 23.4%.

The data also showed that in November 2010, the added value of the consumer goods industry increased by 14.3% year-on-year, which was the same as that of the previous month; the export delivery value increased by 24% year-on-year, and was 1.9 percentage points faster than the previous month. From January to November, the added value of consumer goods industry increased by 15.2% year-on-year, 4.7 percentage points higher than that of the same period of last year; the value of export delivery increased by 22.3% year-on-year, an increase of 15.3% over the same period of 2008.
