Our hollow blade dryers have been successfully used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dye, industrial sludge and other fields. The drying apparatus can dry the heat sensitive material under special conditions and recover the solvent during the drying process. The hollow blade dryer is a low-speed agitated continuous indirect heating device that conducts (cools) material by conducting heat through a hollow blade of a special sector structure. The machine has two parallel rotating shafts embedded with intertwined paddles in the casing of the jacket structure. Each shaft is inlaid with a plurality of hollow fan blades arranged at a certain interval. There are two kinds of blades (feeding) The shear plane and the return shear plane), the shaft rotates at a low speed. The heat medium enters the hollow rotary shaft and the paddle through a rotary joint installed at the end of the rotary shaft, and is heat-transferd and then discharged out of the machine through a rotary joint. During the drying process, the hollow shaft with hollow blades agitates the material while heating the material, thereby updating the heating surface. It is a continuous conduction heating dryer. 1. Drain the condensate from the steam line and close the shutoff valve.
2. Turn on the air switch of the electric control cabinet (the corresponding display is red), and start the circulation fan of each heating chamber.
3. When the temperature in the drying chamber reaches 145 °C, set the switch of the speed regulating motor controller to the "on" position, then turn the speed control knob clockwise to make the pointer to the desired position. At the same time, adjust the tightness of the conveyor chain and start feeding the dryer. Special: Pay attention to the uniformity of the feed end.
4. Open the steam supply shut-off valve and heat the drying chamber. When the steam working pressure is 0.4~1.0Mpa, the excellent performance of the machine can be fully utilized.
5. Control the humidity in the drying chamber by adjusting the angle of the inlet and exhaust dampers to achieve the dry state of the material.
6. When the last batch of material leaves the dryer, the steam shut-off valve can be closed, and the fans can be turned off later (the corresponding green light is off).
7. When the last batch of material passes through the hollow blade dryer , close the main drive (corresponding display green light off), then rotate the speed control knob counterclockwise to zero position, and the controller switch is placed in the “off†position (corresponding to red) Lights off).
