As a key step before commissioning, what is the focus on the lifting process of the pumping station?

In order to ensure the smooth installation of the hoisting installation, the integrated pump station must be fixed horizontally on the transport base during transportation and fastened with slings and hoists. When the integrated prefabricated pumping station is removed from the vehicle, it is necessary to use suitable lifting and lifting equipment, and configure the spreader, sling, shackle and other accessories according to the weight of the pumping station. After removing the integrated prefabricated pumping station lifting device and connecting accessories, it can be lifted to the vertical position of the pump pit to ensure that the pumping station will not tip over or fall in the unpacking area.

Instead of using the hook on the cylinder of the pumping station, the integrated prefabricated pumping station cylinder is lifted from the horizontal position to the vertical position by the lifting sling, and when it is required to move horizontally or flip the pumping station, it is bundled and moved by the lifting sling. To determine the size and quantity of the lifting equipment, it is necessary to consider the specific size and weight of the pumping station to ensure smooth movement after lifting.

The lifting lug on the side of the cylinder cover of the pumping station is provided with a shackle. The sling is hung on the hook after passing through the shackle, and the sling of the bottom side of the cylinder is hung on the bottom hook at about 1.5m from the end of the wellbore. The two hooks are horizontally hoisted, and the pumping station is evenly distributed to the hooks. The wellbore is horizontally hoisted 10cm from the ground, and a certain height is suspended to ensure a reasonable and stable lifting point. When the length of the pumping station is more than 6m, work with two lifting devices of the same load at the same time to ensure that the bottom of the pumping station is at the same time, avoiding partial load on the bottom.
