After the bath is repaired, we need to test its main cooling performance and safety performance. First of all, we need to pay attention to the test environment of the low temperature constant temperature bath must be within the range that the test box can withstand, the specific temperature, humidity, air flow speed have corresponding requirements. Once everything is ready, we are ready to test. For the first item, we need to use a meter of about 500 volts as the insulation resistance of the bath. When using, please pay attention to the length of the measuring table should not be less than two meters. If a separate measuring compressor is used, its length must be greater than five meters.

In order to ensure that the bath can be used normally after maintenance, we can perform the switch test three times on the low temperature bath, and each bath should be stopped and operated for about three minutes. And there is one thing that needs special attention here is that the bath start-up performance is about 380 volts in the test, so that it can avoid secondary damage during the test.
