During the drying process of jujube, attention should be paid to the following issues:

Sort out pests, rotten, wounds, and diseased fruits.
2 During the exposure, pay attention to diversion, such as jujube drying time is too long, prone to "oil head" dates.
3 During the drying period, it is also necessary to continuously select and classify the moisture content, and juxtapose the jujube with inconsistent water content into foil.
