The reason for the emission of blue smoke is the combustion of excessive combustion oil in the combustion chamber. The reasons for this phenomenon and their elimination are as follows: (1) The cylinder sleeve and piston ring assembly are seriously worn and the clearance is too large. As a result, a large amount of oil may enter the combustion chamber, accompanied by an increase in crankcase exhaust gas. The method is to replace wear parts in time. (2) Excessive oil in the oil sump, too much oil, will splash into the cylinder wall with the high-speed crankshaft, and enter the combustion chamber. The exclusion method is to stop for about 10 minutes, check the oil scale and remove excess oil. (3) The reasons for the emission of blue smoke are: if the engine oil is too thin, the engine oil pressure is too high, and the engine is not properly ground, it will cause the engine oil to burn and emit blue smoke. (4) The piston ring is out of action. If the piston ring is insufficiency of elasticity, the coke is stuck in the ring groove, or the ring mouth is in the same straight line, or the oil ring return oil hole is blocked, which will cause the oil to enter the combustion chamber to burn and emit blue smoke. The method is to remove the piston ring, remove the coke, re-arrange the buckle, and replace the components if necessary. (5) Valve and catheter gap is too large. In the intake air, the engine oil of the rocker arm largely enters the combustion chamber and burns. The treatment is to replace worn valves and catheters in time.

filling plant is consisted of Atlas Copco air compressor, Parker dryer and
filters, air buffer tank, ETR Psa Oxygen Generator, oxygen buffer tank,
oxygen receiver tank, diaphragm oxygen booster, filling station and control
cabinet.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and
filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is
incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of
compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing
adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen
of desired purity at 93%±2% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply
of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then
reach to 150bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.
