1. The adjustment of temperature in the incubation process. Generally do not easily change the temperature during hatching. To be stable, a wide range of thermoregulation should be adjusted according to different seasons, changes in fertilization rates, and the age of eggs. The maximum size of each adjustment should not exceed 0.1°C. After the completion of the disc, the temperature setting must be adjusted upwards, and the upper discarding temperature should be adjusted upwards so that the temperature in the incubator quickly returns to the required standard temperature. Each increase should not exceed 0.3 °C.
2. Ventilation requirements in the hatchery. The incubator room is preferably under negative pressure ventilation, which is conducive to the discharge of indoor exhaust gas, and the external environment has little effect on the indoor environment of the incubator. The data proves that the size of the ventilation does not affect the development of the embryo. A 370 W fan in the hatchery of the 20 tunnel-type incubators can ensure that the exhaust gas in the incubator is exhausted. Therefore, the incubator should be ventilated under the premise of ensuring the temperature.
