Constant temperature oven operation
1. The operator should be familiar with the performance and structure of the equipment and obtain the operation qualification certificate before proceeding.
2. Put the workpiece to be dried and solidified into the drying box, and leave a certain space around the top and bottom to keep the airflow in the working room unblocked and close the drying box door.
3. Rotate the damper adjustment knob to the appropriate position according to the dry and solidified items.
4. After setting the temperature time, open the door and put in the product, then close the door and press the lock to enter the set working state.
Constant temperature oven precautions
1. When the machine is turned on or used for a period of time, the error between the measured temperature and the actual temperature in the working chamber must be checked, that is, the temperature control accuracy.
2. The outer casing of the drying box must be well and effectively grounded to ensure safety.
3. Do not put flammable, perishable or explosive materials in the drying box to dry.
4. When the temperature of the drying chamber is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light flashes and dims, repeated many times, which is a normal phenomenon. Under normal circumstances, the working room temperature enters a constant temperature state about 15 minutes after the measured temperature reaches the control temperature.
5. When the new set temperature is lower than 100 °C, the secondary temperature rise mode can be used to eliminate the temperature "overshoot" phenomenon.
6. When the drying box is working, the fan switch must be turned on to make it run. Otherwise, the temperature inside the box and the measured temperature will be very different, and the motor or sensor will burn out.
7. After the drying is finished, turn off the power switch and the damper. After the box is cooled to room temperature, take out the dry items in the box and dry the studio.
8. The box should be kept clean frequently. If it is not used for a long time, the plastic dust cover should be set and placed in a dry environment.
