Automatic sealing tester working principle

By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the test sample immersed in water is subjected to internal and external pressure difference, and the gas escape or water infiltration of the test sample in the vacuum chamber is observed to determine the sealing performance of the test sample.

Working principle process: difference between gas pressure inside the package and outside the package → gas expansion → gas escape → new gas balance → high gas ratio in the package → large gas expansion rate → large pressure on the packaging film → strong gas escape.

Fully automatic sealing tester test preparation

  1. Unpack the instrument and place the plexiglass beside the main unit or on the main unit. Inject a certain amount of clean water into the cylinder to a height of about 20 mm above the platen surface (but the water cannot be sucked out after adding the test sample). Cover the sealing cover of the plexiglass tube. To ensure the sealing effect, sprinkle a little water on the sealing ring.

2. Connect the pressure-stable and clean compressed air source to the inlet pipe of the instrument “compressed air” (the rear end position of the base), and connect the “vacuum output” (the rear end position of the base) and the quick connector on the plexiglass barrel.

3. Turn on the power of the main unit, turn on the main unit switch (the rear end position of the base), and let the machine warm up for 3 minutes.

Automatic sealing tester experimental operation:

1. Turn on the instrument power supply, enter the instrument initialization interface, display the instrument name and instrument model, and then enter the operation main interface.

 

2. Press the setting button to enter the setting interface.

Press the up and down keys again to select the desired parameter item to be set, then press the left or right button to select the number to be set, and then press the up and down button to change the size. After setting, press the OK button to retain the settings and enter the experiment interface.

3. Press the clear key to clear.

4. Turn on the external air source, press the “Start” button to start the test, and the device will vacuum; after reaching the set vacuum, it will automatically enter the pressure holding state, and the pressure holding countdown will start. If the vacuum pressure inside the barrel is less than the set pressure, automatically Make pressure, the instrument records the number of times of pressure, press the OK button at the end of the experiment to save the experiment results.

5. Observe the vacuum tube, the leakage of the sample during vacuuming and the vacuum retention after the preset vacuum is reached, depending on whether there are continuous bubbles. A single isolated bubble is generally not considered a sample leak.

6. The timing is over, the test is completed, the vacuum is automatically eliminated, the sealing cover is opened, the test sample is taken out, the water on the surface is wiped clean, and the surface damage result of the packaging bag is observed.

7. During the experiment, if you need to stop, press the stop button to release pressure and stop the pressure holding state.

8. Press the Query key to enter the query interface, press the up and down keys to view the set pressure, the number of times of compression and the time of holding pressure. Press the left or right button to select the save value item. Press the start key to print the current data in the query state.
