Installation and commissioning of screw cold storage equipment:
The screw type cold storage equipment compressor is directly connected with the electric motor through the elastic coupling, and it is a screw type refrigeration compressor unit when it is disposed on the same bracket as the oil separator and the oil condenser.
When the cold storage equipment screw refrigeration compressor unit is installed, the foundation should be leveled, and the water in the vertical and horizontal directions is more than 1/1000.
Before the cold storage equipment screw refrigeration compressor is connected, the suction and discharge pipelines should be cleaned first; the pipeline should be supported. When connecting, care should be taken not to deform the unit and affect the alignment of the motor and the screw refrigeration compressor.
The commissioning of the cold storage equipment screw refrigeration system shall meet the following requirements:
1. The blowing of the ammonia system shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.3.5 of this code;

2. The air tightness test of the system shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.0.5 of this code;

3. The vacuum test of the ammonia system shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.0.5 of this code;

4. The system should be filled with refrigerant after vacuum test; the filling amount of refrigerant should meet the requirements of the relevant equipment technical documents; the filling refrigerant should meet the requirements of this specification.
