Gas heating water heater (referred to as wall hanging furnace) is a wall-mounted domestic gas appliance that can be used for household heating and for providing household sanitary hot water. It originated in Europe. For nearly two or three decades, the fireplace was home in Europe. Widely used, the penetration rate is like that of China's gas water heaters, with an annual production and sales of more than 7 million units.
     Wall-hung boilers in China's development is from the late 1990s until the beginning of. From the introduction to the present, it can be roughly summarized into three stages: the introduction of the whole machine, the digestion and absorption of technology, and the standardization of standards.
In the first two stages, there is no corresponding product standard and market access mechanism in the domestic market , and the water heater standard GB6932 is implemented. With the rapid development of the domestic heating market, major foreign brands have entered the Chinese market, and domestic production companies are also increasing. The quality of the products sold in the market is mixed with pearls, and the products are even mixed with ordinary water heaters. The manufacturing costs of products vary greatly from company to company, and the quality gap is also large.
However, the user lacks understanding of this and thinks that it can mainly meet the requirements of heating and hot water, and the price is the first choice. This has caused chaos in the market, frequent accidents, and adversely affecting the continued development of the entire industry.
Standard specification process
In the above context, proposed by the Ministry of Construction, Guangzhou Devotion Domestic Boilers Manufacturing companies editor CJ / T228-2006 "gas heating water heaters" industry standard, promulgated in March 2006, formally implemented August 1. Since then, China's wall-hung boiler industry has had its own product standards. The end of the product has no standard stage. Enter the standard specification phase.
The CG/T228-2006 standard is based on the European standards EN483 and EN625 , and is the standard for gas appliances that is in line with EU standards. The main safety technical requirements are equivalent to European standards. If the standard is implemented, the technical level of the whole industry and the improvement of product quality can be regulated. However, since the standard is only an industry standard and is a voluntary implementation standard, rather than a national mandatory standard, some boiler manufacturers with relatively low technical levels continue to implement GB6932 (gas water heater standard). There is still a wall-mounted boiler manufactured by the water heater product standard, which poses a great safety hazard.
Gas heating water heaters are high-risk energy-consuming products. In order to completely solve the standardization of technical standards, ensure the safety of users, promote energy conservation, and protect the environment, the National Standards Committee revised the fifth batch of standards revision plan in 2007 to issue a mandatory national standard development plan for gas heating and heating water heaters. Members of the original CJ/T228 standard preparation team, as well as some new boiler manufacturers, have also actively participated in the preparation of new national standards.
Introduction to the preparation of national standards
This standard was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the National Standardization Administration Committee's Plan [ 2007 ] No. 100 , “Notice on the Release of the 2007 Fifth Batch Revision of the National Standard Project Plan” (Plan No. 20076380-Q-333 ). This standard is edited by the Supervision and Inspection Center of Guangzhou Disen Household Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is under the jurisdiction of the municipal gas standard technology. Meroni sanitary ware (China) Co., Ltd., Yima Co., Ltd. (Beijing Representative Office) Haideng Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and other units participated in the preparation.  
The main drafters are: Lou Ying, Wang Qi, Zhang Jinhuan, Ren Zhi, Yan Xiaoqin, Gao Xuejie, Li Wei, Qiu Guoli and others. Technical reference units in the standard preparation process give strong technical guidance.
This standard items from the 20008 on January 15, Tianjin will start the Red House, the establishment of the preparation group. In March 2008, * completed the first draft. 2008 September 24 will convene an expert review and audit. Four seminars were held during the preparation of this standard .
This standard is based on the CJ/t228-2006 "Gas Heating Water Heater" standard and has been enacted for more than one year. The members of the compilation team have further understanding of the EN483 and EN625 standards, which are based on the original CJ/T228 standard. And in October 2008 , the completion of the approval. End of December 2008 reported to the National Standards Committee for approval. This standard is expected to be enforced in the second half of 2009 .

A., Compared with the European standard EN483 EN625
This European standard EN483 standard modifications and EN625, having a combination of appliance suitable for heating, hot water dual-use, is also applicable to a special case of a single heating tool. The differences from EN483 and EN625 are as follows:

Appendix K : Examples of indications (for different countries in the European Community).
Appendix N : Requirements and experimental methods for C6 boiler feed and exhaust piping (test methods for separate flues separate from appliances, not available in China).
Appendix Z : A comparison table of the main requirements of EN483 and the EU Directive.

9.2.2 Security warning content. This part of the content according to the requirements of GB/T20000.4 , by assessing the safety issues that may occur in the appliance, the user is prompted to use the risk.
       Detection rules. Compared with other gas appliances, the heating furnace is a small batch of large appliances, with many inspection items and complicated methods. In this standard, no specific scheme is given for the factory inspection sampling plan, only the principle is given, and the specific scheme is determined by the manufacturer.
The determination of inspection items and mandatory items is the degree of impact of the establishment team on safety, energy conservation and environmental protection, and the repeatability of inspections, and is determined through many discussions in the seminar.

Higher requirements for products and energy savings

2.      Compared with the water heater standard GB6932 difference

  The impact of the promulgation and implementation of new standards on the industry
"Gas Heating Water Heater" is a standard for China's gas industry* which is in line with Europe and international standards. It is also * as an independent industry. 3.      Standardize the market and guide the healthy and sustainable development of the industry
Because the new standard requires far more safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental protection than GB6932 , when direct consumers and indirect consumers understand the contents of the standard, they will give priority to reliable quality, good safety performance and environmental protection. Energy-saving products will also stimulate manufacturers to design and produce better quality products, thus forming a virtuous circle.
