Popcorn eat too much susceptible to bronchitis

Open a steaming popcorn bag, and the thick creamy aroma is always mouth-watering. Prof. Guo Yanheng, a respiratory disease expert at Chaoyang Hospital in Beijing, told reporters that the popcorn that people eat now contains chemical food additives such as diacetophenone that generate a series of substances harmful to human health during the high temperature heating process of microwave ovens. After people inhale or eat, it will cause damage to the lungs.

Experts suggest that it's best to eat less of such food, or when you open the popcorn bag, spread out the smell until you can barely smell it.
