8. When weighing the bag on the scale, the total weight output from the combination of the weight of the bag and the ash of the gray mouth and the centrifugal force is obtained, so the actual weight after the bag is small will be small. The deviation, according to the situation to adjust the set value or manual drop or bag weight difference, will get more satisfactory results. When the recommended status parameter is 84, the manual drop value and the bag weight difference are set to 0, and the bag weight is changed by adjusting the set value; when the status parameter is 80, the set value is set to 50, by adjusting the manual drop value and The weight of the bag changes the weight of the bag.
9. Before powering off or after powering off, it must be ensured that there are no cement bags on the rack. If there is a cement bag on the rack after power-on, it must be removed before packaging, and the microcomputer should be manually cleared and then inserted. Otherwise, the weight accuracy of the bag will be seriously affected. For a microcomputer that turns on the automatic tracking function, this effect will gradually disappear after at least 10 packets.
two. Maintenance and maintenance
1. The main rotary reducer has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. After the first two weeks of operation, it should be replenished with new grease. It will be replenished one to two months later.
2. The two bearings in the filling system should be inspected frequently and filled with oil.
3. Add enough grease to the main slewing bearing and the gearbox, and replenish it every three months, and replace it every six months.
4. The packaging machine should be overhauled for 12~18 months.
5. Before starting to use, you should first check whether the power system, filling mechanism, control mechanism, etc. are abnormal. If there is a problem, you must remove it before you can fill it.
6. The specifications of the used bags should conform to the national standards, and the size should not be too large or too small, otherwise it will affect the quality of the bags and the filling speed.
7. Always check the metering device. If there is bag weight difference, it should be adjusted in time.
8. If it is found that the filling system has ash leakage, it should be stopped and adjusted in time to avoid affecting the flexible rotation of the impeller spindle. Do not add lubricant.
9. Each time the spring piece on the weighing frame is disassembled, the dynamic metering calibration must be performed again.
10. At the end of the class, Zui had to empty the cement in the packaging machine.
11. If abnormal noise is found, stop the car immediately.
12. When starting the machine, it is strictly forbidden to stand in the enclosure except for the bag workers.
13. No foreign objects are allowed on the top of the packaging machine.
14. If there is any ash on the top of the packaging machine, immediately turn off the feeding motor.
15. Regularly check the wear of the slip ring carbon brush, and replace it in time when it is serious.
