Abstract : Objective : To observe the effect of Ganoderma lucidum on the intelligence of mice. Method: Ganoderma decoction 100g body weight per 1m l (low dose group 5gökg, high dose group 10gökg) intragastrically 2 weeks assay of learning and memory and Monoamine neurotransmitters. RESULTS : Compared with the control group , Ganoderma lucidum significantly increased the content of 52 serotonin and dopamine in the brain of mice (P < 0.05), significantly enhanced the learning ability of mice (P < 0.01), and spontaneous activity in mice.
