After 5 minutes, CO2 showed 9.3%, and CO2 infrared analyzer showed 7.5%. So the CO2 sensor was initially judged to be normal, but the temperature and CO2 concentration in the incubator were different from the actual measurements.
After analyzing the cause of the failure, it may be caused by a malfunction of the agitation fan. The NAPCO5400 CO2 incubator mixing fan is located in the lower middle and lower part of the box. It is necessary to open the inner door, remove the partition and remove the duct plate so that the stirring fan can be seen. After the above steps, it was observed that the fan had stopped rotating, and after removal, it was found that there was obvious burnt marks at the line package. Replace with a new mixing fan.
After 24 hours, the temperature stabilized at 36.9 ° -37.0 ° on the second day; CO 2 was stable at 4.9% - 5.0%. After the mercury thermometer and CO2 infrared analyzer test, they all reached the normal use standard.                                   Â
