First, the effect of belt tension. The main performance and solution of the impact of belt tension:

1. The tightness of the belt is symmetric and the effect of the height is high.

2. The weighing error caused by temperature changes due to different seasons.

3. The phenomenon of belt deviation caused by belt wear due to long use time. First of all, ensure that the center line of the installation, the axis of the roller and the center line of the tape are perpendicular; secondly, ensure that the roller of the belt scale is always horizontal; again, ensure that the axial center of the head and tail rollers are consistent; finally, the adhering material on the surface of the roller is cleaned in time. Keep the roller surface smooth.

Second, the error caused by the verification method. Pay attention to the following points:

1. Ensure that the belt scale is calibrated under normal working conditions.

2, the verification can not safely eliminate the error, different calibration methods will have different errors.

The main verification methods include hanging code, chain code and physical calibration. The cost of the hanging code verification device is low, but the accuracy is low due to the presence of leverage; the chain code verification is carried out during the operation of the belt scale, and the instantaneous flow can be obtained, but only by theoretical calculation. There are still errors; physical verification includes hopper scale physical verification device, fully automatic cyclic chain code (physical) verification device, etc., but even if it is physical verification, it is impossible to perform calibration experiments on any number of ranges. Therefore, the error is inevitable.

Third, whether there is adhesive on the belt. Because the electronic belt scale is equipped to weigh dynamic bulk materials, the material may adhere to the belt. If the material is stuck on the belt, it will cause a change in the zero point of the electronic belt scale. Therefore, in the usual work, it is necessary to check whether the materials are adhered in time, or to purchase an electronic belt scale equipped with a material baffle and a cleaner on the belt.
