The "Working Mechanism" clarifies the scope, content, and procedures of "clenbuterol"-related clues transfer and case supervision, and requires all relevant departments to transfer the clues of detection, inspection, reporting, and preliminary verification to the public security organs and public security agencies. The "Working Mechanism" also requires all localities and departments to establish "Clenbuterol" custody transfer supervision and inspection supervision measures. The first is the establishment of a case consultation system. The second is to establish a system of information notification. All departments are required to achieve information sharing, and all departments are encouraged to jointly investigate and punish. Relevant departments and public security agencies are required to carry out the "Clenbuterol" rectification and joint action in due course, earnestly investigate and settle the payment, dig deeper clues, find out the source of the case, and thoroughly investigate the production source and sales network of "lean meat". The fourth is to establish a reward and punishment assessment system. All relevant departments are required to strengthen their rewards and penalties assessments, and to be commended for handling accurate, timely, and forceful actions; for administrative inaction, misconduct, suspected harboring or deliberately concealing, delaying or delaying, criticizing or submitting opinions to relevant departments for handling. Suspected of committing a crime, it shall be transferred to judicial organs for investigation of criminal responsibility according to law.
