This article focuses on the verification method of the flow totalizer and the correction of the indication error by manual adjustment or automatic correction. With both methods, most of the flow totalizers can be corrected for indication errors.
0 Introduction Flow totalizer is a meter used to measure the flow of gas or liquid. It is widely used in petrochemical, gas, thermoelectric, water treatment and other industries, and plays a decisive role in trade settlement, energy conservation and emission reduction, energy consumption and so on. The flow totalizer has many types of specifications, complicated parameter setting, and the verification process and indication correction are more complicated. This paper mainly introduces several error correction methods of the flow totalizer.
1 Verification method According to the JJG1003-2005 "flow totalizer" verification procedure, the flow totalizer needs to check the compensation parameters, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and other items. When verifying the flow totalizer, first check the parameter settings of the flow totalizer to find out the state of the measured medium, the working mode of the flow totalizer, the type of instrument used, and the type of flow signal. After that, the corresponding mathematical model can be determined to obtain the theoretical value.
2 Error correction The error value of the flow totalizer generally appears on the temperature or pressure parameters, and most of the calculators can perform error correction. Error correction methods are mainly divided into two categories: manual adjustment and automatic correction. Manual adjustment is divided into two types: one is mechanical adjustment, and this type of calculator has an adjustable potentiometer inside the meter. Generally four, two of which are temperature adjustments, namely temperature zero adjustment (ZERO) and temperature range adjustment (SPAN); the other two are pressure regulation. The traffic is generally not adjustable. When adjusting the temperature zero position, the standard output temperature zero signal, according to the temperature display of the integrator, turn the temperature zero potentiometer to adjust the zero position; when adjusting the temperature range, the standard output temperature range signal, contrast The temperature of the calculator shows that the temperature range potentiometer is turned, the range is adjusted, and it is adjusted several times repeatedly until the temperature value is accurate, and the linear relationship is observed. The pressure adjustment method is the same as above. The flow totalizer is widely used, such as the spiral vortex flowmeter, the electromagnetic flowmeter, and the vortex flowmeter. The meter can be matched with the flow totalizer. Another manual adjustment method is to use the calibration function of the flow totalizer itself. The zero value or range ratio under the function menu is used to correct the error. Taking the flow totalizer of ABG series as an example, after entering the calibration menu, the zero and span of the main channel such as flow, temperature and pressure can be adjusted respectively. The magnitude of the value change has a certain proportional relationship with the error, which needs to be based on the actual situation. Calculated. For example, an integrated calculator with a pressure range of 1.6 MPa has an error of 0.002 MPa at 1.6 MPa, and the range of the pressure channel under the calibration menu before adjustment is 1.0000, and the adjustment range is (0.0000~1. Automatic correction of the indication error is relatively simple. The flow totalizer with automatic correction mode can enter the indication correction menu after inputting the password. First, the standard output of the standard is stabilized for a period of time, and then according to the prompt or reference manual. The error correction can be completed after the key operation is determined.
3 Precautions At the time of inspection, it should be noted that the flow coefficient of the flowmeter used is the same as that set in the calculator. For example, the compressed air flowmeter, due to the nature of the compressed air, whether the basic settings of the compensation parameters are consistent with the actual application.
