Tea is China's national drink and is known as the king of "beverages and drinks". It has now swept the world and is favored by consumers. However, tea must be brewed scientifically and reasonably consumed to achieve the purpose of health care. Recently, Dajun had compiled some information and shared with friends about the “five†common misunderstandings and correct brewing methods in tea brewing.
Misunderstanding 1: Tea with boiling water
Not all teas are suitable for brewing with boiling water. For example, brewing green tea with boiled water or brewing white needles or white peony in white tea can destroy many nutrients such as vitamins C and P. In addition, if the water temperature is too high, the green tea leaves or tea buds will easily become familiar and become black tea, losing their original tea aroma and taste; moreover, they will also dissolve too much tannic acid and other substances to make the tea soup with a bitter and astringent taste.
Therefore, brewing green tea or white tea in the silver-white needles, white peony, the water temperature should be controlled at about 85 to 90 °C, the tea more tender, green, brewing water temperature should be lower. Yellow tea brewing water temperature is also best around 90 °C.
Of course, black tea, black tea, oolong tea (green tea), Gongmei and Shoumei in white tea can all be brewed with boiling water.
Misunderstanding 2: Use a mug to make tea
Insulation cups are used to brew tea leaves, and the tea is kept at high temperature for a long time. Some aromatic oils escape from the tea leaves, reducing the scent of leaching citric acid and theophylline, causing bitterness and astringency, and thus losing some nutrients.
The correct method is to use ceramic pots and cups when making tea, so that the tea's tea taste and taste can be maintained at its best.
Myth 3: Custom Bubble Tea
To brew a cup of tea with a moderate concentration, generally only about 3-6 grams of tea is needed (Dahongpao needs about 8 grams), but some people like bubble tea. In fact, drinking tea is not healthy.
Because too much tea leaches too much caffeine and tannic acid, the gastrointestinal irritation is too great. For ordinary tea (except red and green broken tea and instant tea), brewing about three times as an example.
Misunderstanding 4: Soak tea for a long time
In general, long-term tea (called "cup"), tea will have a bitter taste, put in a pot or stove for a long time boiled tea, but also prone to chemical changes. Therefore, tea should be properly soaked, in general, soaked within 1 minute to drink the best, the first few flushes can be water in a few seconds, because now 80% of the caffeine and 60% of other soluble substances have been soaked out.
Misunderstanding 5: Throw away the soaked tea
Most people would like to throw away used tea after they have soaked in tea. In fact, this practice is not economical. Some experts say that tea can be properly chewed because tea contains more carotene, crude fiber and Other nutrients.
