Before transplanting, check and adjust the transplanter, adjust the planting spacing, picking amount and planting depth of the transplanter. Lubricate the rotating parts and carry out idling for 5 to 10 minutes. All the moving parts of the transplanter are required to rotate. Flexible, no jamming, ensure the rice transplanter can work normally.

Before mounting the seedlings, the crucible box should be moved to one end of the guide rails, and then the seedlings should be installed to avoid leakage. The rake block should be close to the trunk, not arched, and the joints of the two rake blocks should be aligned without leaving gaps. If necessary, the rake block and the rake box should be sprinkled and lubricated to make the rake block slide smoothly.

(III) Machine insertion requirements

According to early rice varieties, planting seasons, and planting disc specifications, we choose suitable types of rice transplanters and promote the use of high-speed transplanter operations to improve work efficiency and planting quality. A narrow row (25 cm) rice transplanter can be used. Conventional rice plants are 12 to 16 cm long, 4 to 6 per hole, planting density of 1.7 to 22,000 holes per mu; hybrid rice plants are 14 to 17 cm, 2 to 3 plants per hole, and planting density is 1.6 to 2 million holes per mu. It is recommended to use synchronous deep fertilizing transplanter operations.
