The Leadership Division of Thermoplastics Technology (SABIC) has partnered with Shanghai Shengguang, a leading plastic injection molding company in China, to successfully replace metal parts in large medical devices with SABIC's NORYL and LEXAN structural foaming solutions. Previously, SABIC and Shanghai Shengguang launched a series of preliminary research and analysis work to select the best materials for such applications.
