On July 14, 2016, the Fujian Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission issued the “Notice on Amending the “Code of Medical Service Price Database””, which clearly stated that the price of Fujian Non-Invasive Prenatal Genetic Testing (NIPT) service was 1,400 yuan. Currently, the province with the lowest NIPT price in the country (except provinces and cities that have included NIPT in medical insurance).

According to the Notice of the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau and the Fujian Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission on Approving the Price of New Medical Service Projects (闽价医 [2016] No. 180), the price of 40 new medical service items such as “ultrasound bronchoscopy” was approved. Now, the contents of the “Fujian Province Medical Service Price Database Code” are adjusted accordingly. All medical institutions are requested to download the adjusted “self-reviewed” in the Finance Department of the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission website (http://). Fujian medical service price database code (new part of 20160710) and "exclusion content library (20160710 adjustment part)" (see attachment), and adjust the charging information system accordingly.
