Imported bearings, high quality bearings can ensure the long-term normal operation of the centrifuge.
2. Secondly, in the process of centrifuge operation, high-quality lubricant should be selected and the lubrication of the machine should be adhered to. Under normal circumstances, we can choose high-temperature lithium base grease. The quality of high-temperature lithium base grease will also affect the centrifuge bearing. In addition, if the centrifuge has noise during operation, or the mechanical parts have obvious wear, it is the cause of the bearing. At this time, the bearing needs to be changed.
3. Third, in many cases, people will ignore the accuracy of the concentricity during the machining of the spindle and the bearing housing. It is not known that the tendency of the spindle concentricity will affect the bearing heat. This is especially important in the course of use.
4. Fourth, during the machining of the main shaft and the bearing housing, the tolerance is not in place, and the clearance between the inner ring (outer ring) and the ball (column) of the bearing is too small. In addition, when redesigning, the fueling device can be added, which does not affect the strength of the centrifuge bearing.
