1. The high-pressure test should be filled out with * kinds of work tickets. Fill in a work ticket when there is an inspection and test in an electrical connection. However, before the test, the person in charge of the maintenance work should be approved. After the work ticket of the high-voltage test is issued in the same electrical connection, it is forbidden to issue a second work ticket. For example, if the breaking point between the pressing part and the inspection part has a sufficient safety distance according to the test voltage and there is a short circuit on the other side, the series resonance can be tested on the side of the breaking point, and the other side can continue. Work, but at this time, there should be a "stop, high pressure danger!" sign at the disconnection point, and there is a special person to monitor;
2. The high-voltage test work shall not be less than two persons. The person in charge of the test shall be served by an experienced person. Before the test begins, the person in charge of the test shall arrange the safety precautions in the test in detail for all test personnel;
3. When the equipment joint needs to be disconnected due to the test, it should be marked before dismantling, and should be checked after connection;
4. The metal casing of the test device should be grounded reliably. The high-voltage lead should be shortened as much as possible. If necessary, the insulator should be supported firmly. The power switch of the test device should make the double-knife gate that is obviously disconnected. In order to prevent mis-closing, the switch can be An insulating cover is added to the blade, and two series power switches are arranged in the low-voltage circuit of the test device, and an automatic overload trip device is installed;
5, the test site should be equipped with a fence or fence, hanging out "stop, high voltage danger!" signs and sent guards, when the two ends of the equipment are not in the same place, another point should be sent to guard;
6. Before the test transformer is pressurized, it must be carefully checked, the test wiring meter count rate, the voltage regulator at the zero position and the beginning state of the instrument are correct, notify the relevant personnel to leave the equipment under test, and obtain permission from the person in charge. Pressurization, pressurization should be monitored and sung, high-pressure test staff, in all pressurization, should concentrate on not talking with others, always alert to abnormal phenomena. The operator should stand on the insulating mat;
7. When changing the wiring or the end of the test, the test power supply should be disconnected first, and the high voltage part of the boosting device should be short-circuited;
8. Test the equipment of the fuser without the grounding wire of the transformer. It should be discharged and then tested. When the high-voltage DC test is completed, the equipment should be discharged to the ground several times and short-circuited to ground;
9. At the end of the test, the test personnel shall remove the self-installed grounding short-circuit line and inspect and clean the site of the equipment under test;
10. Test the special important electrical test of the transformer, and have detailed test measures and approval by the competent production leader (the chief engineer).
